    The remixes and remakes were recorded by original band members and friends of P1/E. We thank all of them for their great contributions.

    The album comes with a 30,5 x 45,7 cm print of a classic SO36 concert poster from 1979. Artwork by Gudrun Gut and Thomas Kiesel. If you order the album here, you'll get the print rolled, without creases.

After his first musical experience with punk and his own bands P1/E and Tennis Boy Blues, Omo Santana aka Michael Schäumer experiences rave and techno at the end of the eighties. Never before has the passionate non-dancer been so persistent on the dance floors as in the UFO, the Tresor or E-Werk. During this time he spins as Discomo, does dance tracks as Drop One and remixes as Omo Santana. The worldwide pandemic brought Omo Santana back in the studio.

P1/E Berlin, Germany

P1/E formed in 1979 released one of the first indie 7” in Berlin, „49 Second Romance“, in January 1980 followed by tracks on the Monogam and Licht und Schatten Compilation.
After the split in 1981 the band members moved to Einstürzende Neubauten, EXKURS and Tennis Boy Blues. In 1989 Schäumer did two tracks for Acid generation from Big Sex Records.
